Tasked Intelligence
You set the requirement. S32 Technologies analysts produce the assessment against it, with the confidence stated and every claim traced to what it rests on. Hold it as standing capacity, or task it once.
Two ways to hold it
The difference is whether your requirements are continuous. The analysts, the method and the form of the assessment are the same either way.
Standing analytic capacity
A cell of S32 Technologies analysts holds your requirements continuously and reports on an agreed cadence. Requirements are revised as the picture changes, without reopening a contract each time one does.
A single task
One requirement, one assessment delivered against it. Programs use this to cover a question their own analysts have no capacity for, and to see the work before it becomes a standing line.
Two delivery models, agreed before a requirement is accepted.
Material we acquire
Analysis runs over open and commercially available sources that S32 Technologies acquires under its own authorities, in its own environment.
Nothing of yours leaves your estate, because nothing of yours is involved.
Your holdings, inside your boundary
Analysts work on your material, in your environment, under your authority and your handling rules.
Access is granted by you, recorded against the person who used it, and withdrawn by you.
Which model applies is settled at scoping and written into the engagement, along with the handling rules, the retention period and the people entitled to read the output.
How a requirement is answered
A requirement is rarely a question asked once. The review that follows an assessment usually changes the requirement, which is the reason the standing model exists.
What every assessment carries
The same four things, whether the requirement took a week or has been standing for a year.
Stated first and in plain language, ahead of the reasoning that supports it, so the reader is never hunting for the answer.
How strongly the judgement is held, and the specific observation that would raise or collapse it.
Each supporting statement traces to the material it rests on and to the terms that material was obtained under.
The hypotheses that were tested and set aside, with the evidence that set them aside.
The work is done in MagenOS. You do not have to own it.
Analysts work in a MagenOS deployment that S32 Technologies operates, and you receive the assessments. The ontology, the provenance model and the audit record are the ones a MagenOS customer holds, which is why an assessment produced this way is identical in form to one your own analysts would write.
Where a program later stands up its own analytic capability, that material moves into a deployment you hold. The Sovereign Capability Program covers the build, the training and the handover.
Who this is for.
National programs, critical-infrastructure operators and enterprises holding a real requirement and no analytic capacity to answer it. Every engagement is scoped against the authorities you hold, the jurisdiction you operate under, and the use the assessments are intended for. We turn down requirements that fall outside them.
Questions
Who owns the assessment?
You do. The finished assessment, the case material behind it and the provenance record are yours, in a form you can hold, cite and re-use. S32 Technologies keeps only the working record the engagement specifies, for the period it specifies.
Do your analysts see our own data?
Only where you choose the second delivery model, only inside your environment, and only with access you grant and can withdraw. Under the first model they work exclusively on material S32 Technologies acquires itself, and your systems are not in the engagement at all.
How does this relate to MagenOS and Genesis?
Genesis acquires open and commercial material. MagenOS is where material is fused and assessments are written. Tasked Intelligence is both of them operated by our analysts rather than yours, which is why the output is identical in form to what your own analysts would produce in MagenOS.
Can we move to running it ourselves?
Yes, and programs do. The ontology, the provenance model and the case material move into a MagenOS deployment you hold. The Sovereign Capability Program covers the training and the handover.
