S32TECHNOLOGIES
Sovereign Capability Program

How we deliver

Eight services, each with a defined output and a gate that has to close before it is finished. Order any combination.

A gate you cannot pass by asserting it.

Every service produces something specific and closes on something checkable. That matters more than it sounds: the common failure in capability programs is a stage declared complete because the calendar said so, with the gap surfacing two stages later when it is expensive.

None of these gates is passed by an S32 Technologies opinion. Acceptance testing runs in your environment. Adapters are tested against the network element and software version you actually run. Certification requires a practical assessment.

The services

What each one produces, and what closes it

Listed in the order they usually run when an institution is building from nothing. Most engagements are not that, and take a subset.

01

Assess

Standard outputs

  • Authority and governance review
  • Current-systems and workforce baseline
  • Risk and gap register
  • Costed roadmap with options

Acceptance gate

You accept the findings and the roadmap. Nothing proceeds on our say-so.

02

Design

Standard outputs

  • Target architecture and data contracts
  • Authority model and policy design
  • Security and deployment boundary
  • Test plan and implementation plan

Acceptance gate

Design review signed off against the assessment it came from.

03

Integrate

Standard outputs

  • Certified adapters for named systems
  • Identity, policy and entitlement mappings
  • Workflow and reporting configuration
  • Migration of existing records where in scope

Acceptance gate

Each adapter passes its conformance test against your named element and version.

04

Deploy

Standard outputs

  • Hardened runtime in the agreed boundary
  • Key custody handed to you
  • Observability, backup and offline procedures
  • Acceptance evidence pack

Acceptance gate

Acceptance testing passes in your environment, not ours.

05

Operate or assist

Standard outputs

  • Agreed operating model, customer-run or co-managed
  • Support boundaries and escalation paths
  • Access controls, scoped and revocable

Acceptance gate

Authority for every S32 Technologies action is explicit and written down.

06

Train & certify

Standard outputs

  • Role-based curricula against the deployed system
  • Practical labs and assessment
  • Train-the-trainer capability
  • Recertification schedule

Acceptance gate

Practical assessment passed. Attendance alone never confers certification.

07

Sustain & measure

Standard outputs

  • Updates and adapter recertification
  • Exercises and service reviews
  • Effectiveness and capacity measures

Acceptance gate

Service review against measures agreed at design, not invented afterwards.

08

Transition

Standard outputs

  • Full export in documented formats
  • Knowledge transfer to your team
  • Credential and key revocation
  • Deletion or return evidence
  • Support for a replacement provider

Acceptance gate

You confirm you can operate without us. This is a right, not a milestone we push you toward.

Support access

How we work inside your boundary

  • Customer approval is required before support access, unless a separately agreed emergency rule applies.
  • Access is time-bounded, purpose-bound, least-privilege and recorded.
  • Sessions are attributable to a named individual and, where required, recorded.
  • You can revoke access immediately, without contacting us first.
  • Offline and air-gapped support uses signed packages, controlled media and customer-observed procedures.
  • Routine support does not require your mission data to leave the boundary you chose.
