Procurement

What buying from S32 Technologies actually involves, what we will put in your procurement file, and how to get to a real answer without three exploratory calls.

Start a conversationEligibility review

Bring us the hard part first.

The single thing that most shortens a procurement with us is telling us the constraint at the start. A jurisdiction that will need a license, a mandate that is still being legislated, an air-gap requirement, a deadline tied to a budget year. None of those are disqualifying and all of them change the path.

We would rather reach a clear no in two weeks than a slow maybe over two quarters. An early no costs you nothing and costs us a pipeline entry, which is the correct trade for both of us.

The path

From first contact to delivery

01

Tell us the constraint

Jurisdiction, mandate, deployment requirement and timeline. If any of those is going to be difficult, saying so first is the fastest route to a real answer.

02

Eligibility review

Legal authority, end use, sanctions, export control and beneficial ownership. Six possible outcomes, two of which are refusals. Nothing is demonstrated before this runs.

03

Scoped discovery

A working session on the actual requirement, not a capability pitch, ending in a written statement of what you need and what it would take.

04

Fixed-scope assessment

Where the requirement warrants it, a paid diagnosis producing evidence, a roadmap and options. The findings are yours whatever you do next.

05

Proposal

Deployment model, timeline, acceptance criteria, transition rights and price. Written so it survives your legal review.

06

Contract and delivery

Against the acceptance gates in the proposal, with the eligibility terms, audit rights and exit obligations written in at the start.

Your vendor file

What we provide on request

Ask once and we will send the set. You should not have to drip-feed it out of us through an onboarding portal.

  • Company registration details and tax identifiers for your vendor file
  • W-9 or the equivalent for your jurisdiction
  • Certificates of insurance on request
  • Security posture documentation, including our published compliance matrix
  • Data-processing terms and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses
  • Export-control classification for the specific capability under discussion
  • Named commercial and technical points of contact for the engagement
  • Acceptance criteria and transition obligations, in the contract rather than alongside it
Buying as a government

Worth raising at the first conversation

Your procurement route

Direct award, competitive tender, framework, donor-funded program or a regional body. Each has different evidence requirements, and we build to yours.

Classification

If the requirement touches classified material, say so before any technical detail is exchanged so the conversation moves to an appropriate channel.

Export authorization

Where a license is needed it is obtained before anything moves, including a demonstration. Knowing early is the difference between a schedule and a surprise.
