S32TECHNOLOGIES
Before you engage

Questions worth asking first

The things people ask before they get in touch, answered plainly enough to save you a call.

Who is S32 Technologies best suited for?

Government agencies, defense organizations, law-enforcement services, communications service providers, critical-infrastructure operators and regulated enterprises. Broadly: organizations that need advanced cyber capability, lawful access, or sovereign infrastructure, and that are accountable for how they use it.

Some capabilities are restricted further. Lawful interception and computer network operations are supplied only to vetted government agencies, licensed communications providers and qualified critical-infrastructure operators, and only where lawful.

How soon will someone contact me after I reach out?

Within one business day, and often within a few hours. Urgent enquiries are triaged in under fifteen minutes.

You will hear from someone who can answer, not a qualification queue.

Is there a cost or obligation to speak with your team?

No. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. Its purpose is to work out what you actually need and whether we are the right supplier for it, which sometimes means telling you we are not.

Where a requirement warrants a formal assessment, that is a scoped paid engagement and we will say so before you commit to anything. The findings belong to you regardless of what you do next.

What if I need to discuss sensitive or classified information?

Tell us before you send anything. This website is not an approved channel for classified information or controlled technical data, and neither is ordinary email.

Our team operates in secure and compliant environments and will arrange an appropriate channel. Raising it early avoids the situation where something sensitive has already been sent somewhere it should not have been.

Can you integrate with our existing infrastructure and tools?

Yes, and it is usually the point. Our capabilities integrate with legacy systems, modern cloud environments and hybrid estates, including equipment we did not supply and systems built by other vendors.

Where an engagement is large enough to warrant it, the assessment stage establishes exactly what integrates, what needs an adapter, and what genuinely has to be replaced, before anyone commits to a design.

Are your products U.S.-engineered and aligned to federal standards?

Yes. Our solutions are U.S.-engineered and built to federal standards including CALEA, CJIS, CMMC, NIST 800-53, COBIT, PCI, FERPA, HIPAA and the Privacy Act, as relevant to each capability.

Where we hold a certification or attestation we name the body that issued it. Where a framework is one we build to rather than are certified against, we say that too. Our published compliance matrix sets out the position for each.

Ask us the one that is not here.

If the question that matters to you is missing, it is probably the interesting one. Send it.
