Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of s32.io. They are not the agreement under which S32 Technologies supplies products or services. That is always a separate signed contract.
1. Who we are
S32 Technologies (“we”, “us”) is a technology company based at 1500 N Grant Street, Suite R, Denver, Colorado 80203, United States. You can reach us at sales@s32.io or (720) 794-0500.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and the things you can do on it: reading pages, submitting an enquiry, requesting a document, and subscribing to our newsletter. By using the site you accept them.
They do not govern our products or services. Access to S32 Technologies platforms, deployments, professional services and support is granted only under a separately executed agreement. Where anything on this site conflicts with such an agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. How to read our capability statements
Product descriptions, capability statements, architecture diagrams and deployment options on this site are provided for general information. They describe how our products are designed and intended to operate. They are not a warranty, a specification, a performance guarantee, or an offer capable of acceptance.
Where we describe a product as built to a technical standard, we mean it implements that standard’s requirements. Conformance in any given deployment depends on the customer’s own network elements, configuration and integration, and is established as part of delivery. Where we hold a certification or attestation, we name the body that issued it.
4. Eligibility and restricted capability
Some S32 Technologies capabilities, including lawful interception and computer network operations, are made available only to vetted government agencies, licensed communications service providers, and qualified critical-infrastructure operators, and only where lawful.
Requesting information through this site does not create any entitlement to those capabilities. Every prospective engagement is subject to review, which may include:
- the customer’s legal authority and oversight arrangements;
- intended mission and end use;
- country, institution, official, intermediary and beneficial-owner diligence;
- sanctions and restricted-party screening;
- export-control jurisdiction, classification, licensing, nationality and technical-data review under the EAR and, where applicable, the ITAR;
- anti-corruption and FCPA controls;
- human-rights and misuse risk.
The possible outcomes of that review are: approved, approved with conditions, enhanced diligence, counsel or license required, deferred, or declined. We may decline for any lawful reason and are not obliged to give one. See Eligibility for how the review runs.
No foreign demonstration, training, technical assistance, software transfer, hardware transfer or operational support proceeds without documented authorization.
5. Acceptable use of this site
Use the site lawfully. Specifically, do not:
- submit information you have no right to share, or impersonate another person or organization;
- attempt to gain access to any non-public area, account, system or data;
- probe, scan or test the security of the site except as described in section 6;
- interfere with the site’s availability or integrity, including by automated request volume that degrades service;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details;
- use the site to develop a competing product, or to train a machine-learning model on our content, without our written permission.
We use automated measures, including a bot-detection challenge, to protect our forms. We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
6. Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this site or another S32 Technologies system, report it to us before disclosing it publicly. Our contact details and disclosure preferences are published at /.well-known/security.txt and at Report a Concern. We will not pursue action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations and data destruction, and give us reasonable opportunity to remediate.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, graphics, diagrams, page design, and the S32 Technologies name, wordmark and product names, belongs to S32 Technologies or is used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation and internal business use, including circulating our published documents inside your organization, provided you do not alter them or remove attribution.
You may not republish our content commercially, present it as your own, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Third-party names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. Where we name another vendor, for example in a comparison, we do so descriptively, and this implies no affiliation with or endorsement by them.
8. Content you send us
When you submit an enquiry, document request or subscription, you keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to use it to respond to you, to assess eligibility, and to operate our business. Do not send classified information, controlled technical data, personal data about third parties, or anything you are under a duty to keep confidential. This website is not an approved channel for it. If your enquiry requires that kind of detail, tell us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
9. Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites, including Makom Cloud, where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy notices apply once you leave s32.io.
10. Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Availability commitments for S32 Technologies products are set out in the relevant customer agreement, not here.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S32 Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify S32 Technologies against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this website.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
If you are a government entity and your applicable law prevents you from agreeing to the governing law or venue above, those two provisions do not apply to you and the rest of these terms remain in force.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least thirty days. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
15. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and S32 Technologies regarding this website.
