Full-Service Delivery

From assessment to independent operation.

Buy one capability or an integrated program. Either way you get the same accountable lifecycle — and you keep the ability to run it without us.

Delivery is the product.

A capability that arrives as a licence and a slide deck is not a capability. The work that decides whether a program succeeds is the integration into systems you already depend on, the training of the people who will use it at three in the morning, and the sustainment that keeps it true two years after go-live.

S32 is structured to deliver all of it, and to stop delivering it the moment you would rather do it yourself. Independence is an outcome we design for, not a threat we manage.

The lifecycle

Eight stages. You can enter at any of them, and you can stop at any of them — modules are composable, and so is the service around them.

  1. 01

    Assess

We start with what you already run. Current capability, the gaps that matter to your mission, the constraints you cannot move — legal, physical, political — and the honest state of your data.

    Capability and readiness assessment

  2. 02

    Design

A target architecture built around your sovereignty requirements rather than our deployment convenience. Where data lives, who holds the keys, which boundaries can never be crossed.

    Reference architecture and integration plan

  3. 03

    Integrate

Connecting S32 capability to the systems you keep. Existing sensors, case systems, identity providers and data stores stay where they are wherever that is the right answer.

    Working integrations against documented contracts

  4. 04

    Deploy

Into the environment your mission requires — managed, sovereign cloud, on-premises, or fully air-gapped. The capability set does not shrink because the deployment is disconnected.

    Accredited, running deployment

  5. 05

    Operate / assist

We run it, you run it, or we run it together and hand over as your team builds depth. Co-managed is a stage on the way to independence, not a permanent dependency.

Agreed operating model with named responsibilities

  6. 06

    Train / certify

Signals Academy trains your operators, analysts and administrators on the system they actually have, in the configuration they actually run — not a generic course.

    Certified operators and administrators

  7. 07

    Sustain / measure

Updates, recertification, exercises and measurement against the outcomes agreed at assessment. Including for air-gapped estates, where updates arrive as signed offline packages.

    Sustainment plan and measured outcomes

  8. 08

    Transition

The stage most vendors leave out. Your data exported, our access revoked, your team operating independently — or a replacement provider supported into place.

    Verified independent operation

Service packages

Each package states its outputs, its assumptions, and what we need from you. Scope and acceptance are agreed before work starts.

Architecture & Readiness

A diagnosis before a prescription. Where you are, what the mission needs, and what it would genuinely take to close the gap — delivered as something you can take to a budget holder.

Integration Accelerator

Fixed-scope integration against documented interfaces. Connect what you keep to what you are adding, without an open-ended engagement.

Sovereign Deployment

Deployment into your boundary — sovereign cloud, on-premises, or air-gapped — with the keys, identity and policy under your control from the first day.

Managed & Co-Managed Operations

We operate the capability, or operate alongside your team while they take it over. The handover point is agreed at the start, not negotiated at the end.

Signals Academy

Training and certification for operators, analysts and administrators, taught against your configuration and refreshed as the platform changes.

Continuous Assurance

Exercises, recertification and measurement so capability does not quietly decay between deployment and the day you need it.

Customization, without the trap.

Configuration is preferred to code, and code is preferred to a fork. Bespoke work that only you can maintain is how a capability becomes unsupportable in year three — so where you need something specific, we build it as configuration or as a supported extension against a documented interface.

The test we hold ourselves to: you should be able to take an update without us re-doing your customisations by hand.

Support that does not move your data.

Routine support does not require your data to leave the boundary you chose. Support access is requested, time-bounded, revocable by you, and logged — including in air-gapped estates, where updates arrive as signed offline packages with the manifest and rollback path included.

Specific coverage, staffing and remedies are set in your agreement. We do not publish response times we have not committed to you contractually.

Start with an assessment.

The most useful first conversation is about what you run today and what it stops you doing — not about our product list.
